STANDARTS: TSE, DIN and TS EN ISO 9001:2000 standards are applied.
DIMENSIONS: Building width: Optional, between 5.00 m, 12.00 m
Building length: Optional, multiplies of 2.00 m and 3.00 m
COLUMNS: Cellular steel U profile (3 mm thickness) placed with 2.00 m or 3.00 m spaces. Colons and panels are connected with 3 points galvanized hooked bolt system, colons and roof trusses are connected with galvanized screw and bolt system. Outer and inner colon covers made from galvanized electrostatic powder coated cellular steel.
ROOF TRUSSES: Trusses are placed parallel to building length with spaces of 2.00 m or 3.00 m. Upper chord and bottom chord 2 mm special cellular steel U profile intermediate connection 2 mm special cellular steel U profile.
PURLINS: Trusses are connected to each other with 40x60 box profiled purlins.
OUTER WALL PANELS: Panel Height: 2400 mm
Panel Width: 1000 mm, 2000 mm, 3000 mm.
Panel Steel Skeleton: Frame system 1.50 mm cellular steel U 25.55.25 Profile

Isolation : 50 mm glass wool

CEILINGS: 12.5 mm blaster board placed ceiling and 80 mm glass wool bat(2.35 m2.h.c/kcal) over the blaster board.
ROOF COVERING: 0.50 mm trapezoid, one-piece galvanized steel sheet in direction to the width of the building. (profile type 27/200 , TS 822)
EAVE: In long sides 400 mm in width (not including the PVC eaves trough). Eave bottoms and covers are galvanized electrostatic powder coated steel. (except roof gutter)
DOORS: Outer doors (900 mm x 2000 mm); 50 mm glass wool and skeleton profile steel placed between two 1 mm galvanized steel sheets. Outer doors thickness is 50 mm Outer door cases are 2mm galvanized cellular steel epoxy painted.
Inner doors; (830 mm x 1980 mm) double-faced counter-plaque wood. Inner door cases are from 1.5 mm cellular steel profile.
Locks: Outer door locks: cylinder type 45 mm, inner door locks roller bedded first class quality. Door handles spring type white electrostatic painted.
WINDOWS: PVC based, opening horizontally, 980 mm x 955 mm large windows, 400 mm x 955 mm small windows, 4 mm glass mounted. Window cases 1.5 mm galvanized epoxy painted steel.
ELECTRICITY SYSTEM: TSE (Turkish Standards Institute) standard cables, inserted to the panel (other parts not included).
PAINTING: Other galvanized elements; electrostatic powder coated painted. Steel elements are double-layer rapid grey undercoat paint.
