SERVέCES
Our company increased guarantee against production and worker
mistakes to 4 years - First time in Turkey.
The advantages of prefabricated steel buildings are: Lightweight; resistant
to wind load, snow load and earthquake. Buildings which nearly
60kg/m2, could be deassambled and assembled without wastage
of materials.
American panel doors and Pimapen PVC windows are standard. The
following are optional:
Ground Concrete, Electricity fittings, Sanitary installations,
Heating plants, Air condition, 4+12+4 window glass,
Rain canals, Paint, Ground paving, Furnishing, Wire
netting.
All the materials are TSE and ISO 9001 certificated.
Profile sections used in buildings' structure systems are:
In A and B type buildings:
Snow load :184 kg/m2 Wind load :130 km/hour 1. Degree
Earthquake Region 1st Degree Climate Region
In C type buildings:
Snow load :80 kg/m2 Wind load :100 km/hour 1. Degree Earthquake
Region 2nd Degree Climate Region
We recommend A and B type buildings in order to use in every
climate region.
Standard projects are planned to give a general idea about buildings.
Clients have the right to make changes on it.
Inside and outside facades are coated by TEPE BETOPAN or CEOPAN;
which is:
Cement based, breathable, not burning, durable to earthquake
and chemicals, not deforming. These materials are panelled
by using high density polystyrene foam or glass wool. Panels
provide isolation to low temperatures.
Life time of prefabricated buildings are same with concrete
buildings. Maintenance could be kept by just painting the building.
Cemented chipboard panel buildings are immediately delivered
from stock.
Assembling takes 50m2/day with 3 workmen. We pack all the materials
particularly, to transport the materials without
damage. Air bubble nylons are used for long distance transporting.
Therefore the materials are not affected by humidity.
Material loadings are made by forklifts or by hand. Capacity
is 80 -100 m2/truck or 200-240 m2/juggernaut. Our buildings
are mounted on predisposed floor concrete (grained concrete)
which is 15 cm high and has 20x20x25 cm anchorage holes.
The resisting of strong winds, hitting and earthquake forces
are provided by anchorages and C20 concrete which is put into
anchorage holes.
Foundation formwork plans which show the place of holes could
be mailed or faxed to our customers right after contract
is signed.
Upon request 0,50mm trapezoid galvanized steel sheet, onduline,
shingle, "Ildizbond" Steel Roof tiles are used in our
buildings' roofs.
In wet volumes, wall tiling are applicated by transparent silicone
at 5 points (back of the tile).
Service team will provide support on every subject and every
time to our customers after selling the building.
