Our company produces, economically priced, modular, practical, easy - dismantled:
- Economic steel sheet panel prefabricated buildings,
- Cemented chipboard panel buildings,

- Semi cylindrical isolated or non-isolated hangars and warehouses,
- Prismatic sectioned hangars constructed from M profiles,
- Containers.

Prefab homes, prefab buildings, prefabricated homes, cottages, prefabricated offices, prefabricated social facilities, disaster-houses, residences, refectories, kitchens,dormitories, schools, health centers, hospitals, prefabricated buildings needed after disasters, military buildings, WC and shower units, sports halls, half cylindrical or prismatic sectioned isolated or non-isolated hangars, police academies, laundries, hangars, factory buildings, industrial buildings.

The prefabricated buildings are consigned all-finished. The factory part and the head office are in the same building, which has 4000 m2 closed area on 10500 m2 area of the company's land. Our modular buildings resistance calculations are made by our research group with programs AutoCAD and Sap2000.

Our prefab buildings are delivered immediately and guarantied to defects of production and assembly for 4 years. The wastage in assembly and dismantling after first assembly, belongs to Aryol.

In our modular and dismantled prefab buildings, maximum snow load is 184 kg/m2, maximum wind load is 130 km/hour and 1st degree earthquake area and first degree climate conditions are accepted.

Our factory has international certificates: ISO 9001, EN ISO 3834-2, TUCSAMARK HY

Lightweight prefabricated buildings are made of steel elements whose thickness changes values between 1 and 3 mm. While assembling these pieces, welding or bolting is preferred. It is difficult to make a mistake in a nuts and bolts system but welding needs to be conformed to standards. If welding thickness or length is below the limits, welded parts break away and the building collapses.

With international En 729-2 certificate, welding thicknesses and lengths are conformed to standards. Also the gas used in welding shouldn't be carbon but a high quality mixed gas.

5 components chosen randomly from hundreds of parts are subjected to tests by sending to laboratories with 3 months periods. Their concordance is followed constantly. Also international general inspection is done by a certification body once a year.

This certificate is taken first by only Aryol Prefabricated in prefabricated industry in Turkey and Europe. Our company also has a certificate for systems which is used in industrial buildings up to 12 mm thickness.
