TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF A-TYPE PANEL PREFABRİCATED BUILDING
STANDARTS: TSE, DIN and TS EN ISO 9001:2000 standards are applied.
DIMENSIONS: Building width: optional 5.16 m, 6.43 m, 7.69 m, 8.96 m, 10.22 m, 11.49 m.
Building length: optional, multiplies of 1.265 m
OUTER CARRIER SYSTEM: Frame system designed to resist 100 Kg/m2 snow weight and 90 km/hr wind.
DKP omega profile 1.5 mm steel sheet, standard truss made from 40x40x4 T profile and 25x25x3 corner piece, standard colons made from 50x50x5 T profile. Trusses are placed parallel to the length of the building with spaces of 1.265 m and interconnected minimally at seven points with 0.05x0.05x5 m purlins. Colons and trusses are connected with bolts and nuts.
INNER CARRIER SYSTEM: Bended U-type 1.5 mm DKP steel sheets are welded back to back. Other collateral elements are 1.5 mm in thickness.
OUTER AND INNER WALLS: Sandwich panel walls of 51 mm in thickness with dimensions of 1.25x2.50 m and 1.25x2.41 m are made from polystyrene hard foam of 31 mm thick and 16 density, pressed between two 10 mm cemented chipboard panels (DIN 4102, TS EN 634).
ROOFS: Ceilings are suspended type made from 12.5 mm gypsum board (1.25 x 1.20 m) with 30 mm glass wool panels over (heat resistance is 0.88 m2.h.C./KCal).
ROOF COVERING: Trapezoid sectioned 0.55 mm one-piece galvanized steel sheet, placed parallel to the length of the building (profile type 27/200 norm).
DOORS: Outer doors made from profile skeleton and 50 mm. polystyrene hard foam placed between two 1 mm galvanized steel sheet. Outer doors thickness is 50 mm
Inner doors made from double-faced counter-plaque (0.83x1.96 m).Inner and outer door cases are 1.5 mm steel sheet.
Outer door locks are cylinder 45 mm Kale made, inner door locks are roller bedded Kale made first quality. Door handles are with spring and electrostatic painted.
WINDOWS: PVC based large windows are 1.00 x 1.24 m and small windows are 0.50 x 1.24 m sized (glass not mounted).
PAINTINGS: Prefabricated steel elements are protected against corrosion with double layer gray undercoat paint.
